Craig Steinke served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board Member of Service Logic for 11 years from 2013 to 2024.
Craig announced his retirement in 2024 and has stepped down as CEO to assume the role of Executive Chairman effective September 1, 2024. Craig remains a Board Member and maintains an advisory role to the Service Logic senior management team as he is committed to supporting the strategic direction of the business.
Craig’s career spans 40+ years, including various senior executive management roles. He is a proven leader with global experience in a variety of industries and a track record of delivering top-line growth, margin expansion and operational excellence.
Prior to Service Logic, Craig served as an operating partner at private equity firm Sterling Investment Partners, where he managed Sterling’s investments in GPX International, a global manufacturer of industrial and farm tires; Lazer Spot, a leading provider of comprehensive yard management solutions; and Service Logic. Before Sterling, Craig served as chief executive officer of Eagle Foods, a private-equity-owned manufacturer and marketer of branded food products. Craig also formerly held senior executive roles with Magma Copper and BHP, a multibillion-dollar mining and marketing company. Craig began his career as a CPA with Arthur Anderson & Co. in Los Angeles, California.
