Jason Richardson

Jason Richardson was appointed CEO and Board Member of Service Logic in 2024.

 Jason has been a key member of the Service Logic management team since 2015 and has a proven track record for being innovative and transformative to the business.  Prior to his appointment as CEO, Jason served as Chief Strategy Officer where he oversaw operations, sales, and information technology. He has held various other positions within the organization including Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller.  During his tenure with Service Logic, Jason had a wide range of responsibilities covering all aspects of the finance function and integration of newly acquired businesses at both the Corporate level and throughout our network of business units.

Jason has been a proven business leader for over 15 years. Before joining Service Logic, he served in various roles at Nucor and Time Warner Cable. Jason began his career in public accounting with PwC in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and international business from the University of South Carolina.
