When servicing, do you dispatch a Service Logic company or a partner?
In most cases, we dispatch a Service Logic company, as we directly service a large part of the U.S. and Canada. If one of our companies is not available where you are located, we leverage a vetted partner. We keep our field partner network limited to primary and secondary partners for each major market, vetting them to ensure we have the best commercial HVAC service companies in a given market.

We can customize reports to customers’ specific needs. In addition, we adapt our reports to our customers’ KPIs and have reporting capabilities to provide KPI data at various frequencies (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

We have the capabilities to interface our system with other work order management systems. In addition, we utilize Salesforce, Corrigo, ServiceChannel, Ariba, Avetta and other platforms for scheduling, reporting, invoicing and more.
